In desperate times people do desperate things! The campaign of lies and deceit does not stop there. The feeble attempt by Raia, Rosenberg and Roberts to put a large scale developer onto the city council is failing! They continue to lie throughout this campaign to mask such problems as the massive flooding that occurs in our great city.

Councilwoman Castellano already pointed out their blatant omissions in the campaign reports and their slap in the face to all Hoboken residents by breaking our local finance reform laws.

Now, after declaring himself holier than thou, Ron Rosenberg who claims to have created the very law he is breaking, is being fully funded by Pupie Raia, the developer!

This same developer, Pupie Raia has done nothing but lie to the public! He claims to have built a supermarket in Hoboken putting Hoboken ahead of his profits. The fact is he had no other choice! He was bound by his redevelopment agreement and still profits from that land in addition to the hundreds of luxury condo’s he built in the northwest section of Hoboken.

After his first lie did not sway the minds of the voters, he tried another. He claims to have built affordable housing, when in fact another developer just placed an ad in the Hoboken Reporter, stating that they built those units he so desperately wants to call his own.

Finally, he now wants the people to believe that shop rite is closing!! How desperate can he get, that he will stoop so low and try to scare our senior citizens. He continues to take and take from the citizens of Hoboken.

We, the people of Hoboken will not allow Mayor Roberts to be beholden to the developers any longer!

Pupie Raia is not a “doer” he is a TAKER and a LIAR!
