Residents of Columbus Gardens
Dear Neighbor:
Last month I had spoken to Mr. DiVincent at the Hoboken Housing Authority regarding the conditions at your buildings. I pointed out to him that things seem to get accomplished at the downtown buildings a lot quicker. He assured me repairs are scheduled to be done at the 8th & 9th Street buildings.
Mr. Sasso, the health inspector, for the city informed me that the housing authority passed inspection. I am not quiet sure that all necessary improvements have been made. I am still concerned about the necessary repairs and for the well being and safety of the residence. Please contact me if there are still problems in your apartments or in the common areas of your building.
Also, I would like to meet with the residents on Tuesday, March 6th at my Civic Association, 420 Adams Street. We can discuss anything concerning your quality of life.
