- Increase the number of affordable housing units in the Third Ward
- Build the first senior assisted living facility in Hoboken's History
- Improve the quality of life at Columbus Gardens
Achieving the Vision:
- Take advantage of state and federal housing programs to provide more affordable housing units in the Third Ward.
- Build an assisted living facility in the Third Ward for our senior citizens
- Oppose using eminent domain to acquire property!
- Ensure that Columbus Gardens receives the same level of attention as all other HHA facilities!
